The performance presents three young men with different archives exploring contemporary masculinity. Through following various choreographic scores they try to get their different bodies in sync, creating a constant tension between success and failure, harmony and disharmony. The performers work with simple movement patterns, which unfold through lengthy repeated sequences.

The form of the performance is set between acting and dance. It enters the current discourse, questioning the categories of „dancy“ and „non-dancy“ movements.

What begins as a witty dance piece with subtle theatrical affect expands into a complete work: a funny, vulnerable expression of youth, desire, difference. It becomes what might be described as a proposal for the future of boyishness as a mode of tenderness, listening, musicality and longing. It loves and is lovable, it sees us, and it reveals itself.
